Juicy chemistry amla apricot and almond leave in conditioner review

Juicy chemistry amla apricot and almond leave in conditioner review

Blessed with extremely oily scalp and dry hair it is really tough for me to manage my hair. If I use products for oily scalp and hair type then my hair will turn into hay. If I use moisturizing products then my scalp will be extremely oily. After many trial and errors, I have found a certain set of shampoos and conditioners that work for my hair and scalp type. Leave in conditioners are a must for me since I have frizzy hair. When I was searching for hair care product at juicy chemistry’s website I came across this amla apricot and almond leave in conditioner and bought this. This is actually an impulsive buy.

PACKAGING

Juicy chemistry amla apricot and almond leave in conditioner come in a small tub container. We get the inner lid separately and we can use it to secure the product. The jar container is really sturdy, I have dropped the container a couple of times and it doesn’t break. It comes with a wooden spoon, using which we can take the product out.

TEXTURE AND SMELL

The texture of juicy chemistry amla apricot and almond leave in conditioner is semi solid. It is solid at the jar when it comes in contact with our fingers, it melts into the oil. I just love the way how it smells. It has a citrusy smell and personally, I like it. The aroma is refreshing.

MY VIEWS ON JUICY CHEMISTRY AMLA APRICOT AND ALMOND LEAVE IN CONDITIONER

When I read the ingredient list, I was impressed by the presence of nourishing oils and butter.  Though I like butter and oils in my pre-poo treatment, I was skeptical to use this as a leave in conditioner initially. But now I just love using this as my leave in conditioner. When my hair is still damp, I take a really small amount of the conditioner and warm it between my palms. Then I just apply it all over my hair length. I don’t use this near my scalp since my scalp is extremely oily.

When my hair dries completely I can see my hair is less frizzy and it is soft to touch. Not that silicone feel that we get after using silicone hair serums. I have even used this on fully dried hair but I love the results when this is used on damp hair. I am using this leave in conditioner for past 1.5 months and my hair is soft and tamed naturally. It in fact, increases the shine of the hair due to the presence of almond oil, argan oil, and amla oil.

This 25gm lasts you long and hence it is total value for our money. You can even use this as a pre-poo treatment if you have oily hair. If you have oily hair then I don’t think that this will be beneficial for you. My hair is prone to split ends very easily, but after using this for more than a month I can see less split ends. It really helps to prevent split ends.
