Ingredients

Fenugreek seeds – 1 TBSP [ BUY HERE]

Mint leaves – 5 to 10 leaves

Lemon juice – 1 TBSP

Soak the fenugreek seeds overnight in 1 cup of water. The next day, strain the fenugreek seeds and collect the fenugreek water. Boil the mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes and strain the tea. Mix the fenugreek water, mint tea, and lemon juice. Our hair rinse is ready.

Pour the liquid onto your hair and let it sit for about 5 minutes before rinsing it off.

You can use the leftover fenugreek seeds to make your hair mask.

DIY HAIR RINSE FOR HAIR FALL AND SPLIT ENDS

If you have split ends and also hair fall then using this hair rinse once a week will do the magic.

Ingredients

Rice – 1 TBSP

Water – 1 CUP

Rice water hair rinse

wash and boil the rice in the water until the rice grains are cooked. Now strain the leftover starchy liquid.

Add 1 or 1.5 cups of water and dilute the liquid. our rice hair rinse is ready.

Pour the liquid onto your hair and let it sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing it off.

DIY HAIR RINSE FOR LIMP OILY HAIR

Oily hair tends to be flat without volume, using this hair rinse adds natural volume and at the same time increases shine and texture.

YOGURT FACE MASK FOR OPEN PORES

Ingredients

Black tea powder / dried leaves [ BUY HERE] – 1  TBSP

Water – 2 cups

Boil 1 TBSP black tea leaf/powder in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Let it cool down completely. Strain the tea.

To this add another 2 cups of water. Our hair rinse is ready.

Pour the liquid onto your hair and let it sit for about 5 minutes before rinsing it off.

Yes. If you can’t use a hair rinse every time you wash your hair, at least use it once a week.

I wash my hair on alternate days, should I use a hair rinse on alternate days?
