Hair fall and thinning hair is the most common issue among people. Though there are several causes of hair fall and hair thinning, proper diet along with proper hair oil can minimize the hair fall. There are several hair oils available in the stores but I suggest using a plant-based oil regularly despite shelling your money on expensive hair care products.I have listed 5 best hair oils for the hair that I feel good for hair from my personal experience. I lost more than 50% of my hair before 3 years and I’m regrowing my lost hair. I have tried almost every hair care product meant to deal with hair fall. From my experience, I would say that these works best when uses regularly. Use any of these hair oils for 3 months regularly twice a week and notice the change in your hair’s quality and density.
Castor oil is my favorite when it comes to hair care. This thick viscous beauty helps to grow your hair and it also helps to add shine and lustre to your mane. Castor oil prevents hair fall by strengthening the hair roots. Castor oil prevents moisture loss and thus reduces breakage. Since this is thick viscous oil, it is advised to dilute it with any other lightweight oil for easy usage. You can try this overnight hair growth mask if you want to regrow your hair or if you want to hydrate your hair.
Coconut oil is versatile when it comes to beauty and health care. With this single bottle, you can deal with n number of hair and skin care issues. Regular application of coconut oil prevents protein loss in our hair, thus our hair won’t break when coconut oil is applied regularly. This is one of those few oils that have the ability to penetrate into our hair shaft. Since this is penetrating oil, we can use this to infuse any herbs to increase its potential to deal with hair problems like dry hair, hair fall and split ends. You can also make a hair oil blend like this one if you want long and shiny hair. You can read the procedure here.
Amla oil is miraculous oil that helps with multiple hair problems like premature graying split ends, rough hair and dry hair. Homemade amla hair oil is used by women in India to grow long and shiny hair. There are several amla hair oils available in the market but I don’t suggest any of them since most of them have mineral oil as their base which does nothing to our hair. The added perfume will cause several skin allergies if you have a sensitive scalp. Since I have stopped using store bought amla hair oil I can’t suggest any store bought amla hair oil. I suggest it making at home. I use only homemade amla hair oil. You can prepare them easily at home. The procedure is given below.
